The room has a size of 12sqm and is equipped with a wardrobe and a commode. There is NO bed, so you should bring one.
The apartment is a 10 min walk from S-Bahn station Oberschleißheim. It is a 20 min ride to Munich central station or the airport. In a 3-5 min walk there is a bus station going to Dachau or Garching. There is a direct bus connection to TUM in Garching. In the surrounding of 1 km there are Aldi, Lidl, dm, Hit supermarket. The beautiful Schlosspark is just a 5 min walk away.
I am 34 and working full time, I work from home 3 times a week. I like to try new recipes, share the meals and I love French movies. I started learning dancing Bachata which I like a lot. I am quiet and an outgoing person, but also enjoy to rest and charge batteries in my peaceful home. For me a high Level of cleanliness and tidiness is very important. So common areas should be left as they have been found. Please clean after yourself. I do not smoke and do not have pets.

1. There is no bed in your bedroom so you have to organize one by yourself.
2. I will take a sabbatical from January 2024 onwards and will take the chance to travel the world. I will not travel all the time and will be at home some days per month to repack and organize the next trip. So, most of the time you will have the apartment for your own.
3. The apartment is almost fully equipped, unless the bed. I am a minimalist and don't have decorations. You can decorate and furnish the apartment as you wish if you are into it.
4. I am looking for a mature and reliable person with a high sense of tidiness and responsibilty. I would love to have somebody where I can be sure that the apartment is in good hands during my absence.
5. Rental period can be extended, if it fits.
