Das Zimmer ist eigentlich eine Loggia, und deswegen sehr klein, aber hell mit Südausrichtung. Die Wohung hat eine große Wohnküche wo man sich die meiste Zeit aufhält. Man könnte auch überlegen die Zimmer zu tauschen, das andere Zimmer hat 12m² und wär in Summe 450€.
Mitten in Oberstdorf
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist Luca, 22, Oberstdorfer Original, im Winter Skilehrer und im Sommer im Kletterwald unterwegs. Die Wohung ist bedingt WG geeignet, deswegen sollte man sich schon einigermaßen gut verstehen, ich war jetzt nur ein halbes Jahr hier, die WG existiert aber schon seit sechs Jahren. Ein(e) optimale(r) Mitbewohner(in) wäre jemdand der relativ ordentlich und unkompliziert ist, Sport und Bieraffinität sind außerdem von Vorteil. Weiterhin gibt es eine tolle Hausgemeinschaft aus drei weiteren jungen Leuten, ein Ehepaar und eine alleinstehende ältere Dame. Bei guter Verständigung sind Grillen im Hof, Sonnen auf der Dachterasse, Bergtouren und weiteres möglich.
Frei ab Juni, wenn es ein paar Wochen später ist kann man das auch klären.
