Das Zimmer hat ca. 18qm und ist sehr hell (2 Fenster nach Süden). In der kompletten Wohnung (inkl. Bad und Küche) befinden sich wunderschöne alte Dielen. Es gibt ein kleines (ca. 12 qm) gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und ein ebenso großes gemeinsames Abstellzimmer. Die Küche ist groß und das "eigentliche" Wohnzimmer. Besonders schön ist die große (gut 20 qm) nicht einsehbare Terrasse zum Innenhof.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Gasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr mitten in der Altstadt. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bahnhof) sind problemlos fußläufig erreichbar.
Parkplätze gibt es in ausreichender Zahl am Main in ca. 300 m Entfernung.
Wir wären zu zweit in der WG. Ich bin selbstständig berufstätig mit unregelmäßigen Arbeitszeiten. Du musst definitiv zu mir passen. Ich würde mich als sehr entspannt und leider auch etwas unordentlich beschreiben. Ein gemeinsames WG-Leben wäre schön, soll aber nicht zwanghaft sein. Gerne auch viel Leben in der Bude mit Besuch von Freunden, Grillen, gemeinsamem Kochen etc. Die WG ist tiptop ausgestattet (fast schon luxuriös) mit schöner individueller Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.
Es leben auch drei Katzen in der Wohnung, so dass es eigentlich eine 5er WG ist. Mit Katzen sollte man also klar kommen.
