Subletting contract
Benefit from the central location in the old town of Oestrich with direct penthouse views on EBS Campus. Combined with a bright kitchen and large living room, we often welcome guests in our spotlessly cleaned flat.
Within a few steps out of the door you reach the supermarket, bakery, bank, and pharmacy. The Rhine river and the vineyards are just a short walk away. And most other EBS students live in the houses around us.
The Turm-WG is a shared flat with two other EBS students, Filippa (Bachelor 3rd Semester) and another girl. The rooms are furnished, so you can simply move in with your suitcase. Fast WiFi and a shared printer are available right away. We also have a smart lighting and music system. The warm rent already includes all running costs, so no surprises. Security deposit is 800 € and final cleaning 100 €.
I am going abroad for a practice semester and my master thesis and look forward to talking to master, bachelor, and law students.
