Ich möchte mein schönes und möbeliertes Zimmer in einer zentral gelegenen WG in der nähe der EBS Universität ab Januar 2025 für 6 Monate untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm Groß und komplett möbeliert mit Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Kommode und Schreibtisch.
Die Gesamte WG liegt im 2. OG, und hat einen großen, lichtdurchfluteten Wohn- und Essbereich sowie ein Bad mit Fenster und eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Ein Kellerabteil sowie Stellplatz für 1 Auto sind im Preis mit inbegriffen.
Es handelt sich um eine 2er-WG, der Zweite Mitbewohner Studiert in Bachelor an der EBS im 5. Semester.

I would like to sublet my beautiful and furnished room in a centrally located shared flat near the EBS University for 6 months from January 2025.
The room is about 15sqm and fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, shelf and desk.
The entire flat share is located on the 2nd floor and has a large, light-flooded living and dining area as well as a bathroom with window and a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A cellar compartment and parking space for 1 car are included in the price.
It is a flat share for 2 people, the second flatmate is a 5th semester Bachelor student at EBS.
Die WG ist Zentral in Oestrich-Winkel gelegen. Zu Fuß sind es 1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle, 3 Minuten zu Einkaufsläden (Rewe, Aldi) und 10 Minuten zur EBS. Mit dem Auto, welches einen eigenen Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus hat, ist man entsprechend schnell überall. Auch der nächste Bahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die meisten Nachbarn sind Studenten an der EBS Universität.

The flat share is centrally located in Oestrich-Winkel. The bus stop is 1 minute's walk away, the shops (Rewe, Aldi) 3 minutes and EBS 10 minutes. By car, which has its own parking space directly in front of the house, you can get anywhere quickly. The nearest railway station is also within walking distance. Most of the neighbours are students at EBS University.
