A room with a large private balcony is available in Offenbach near Ledermuseum S bahn station (350m) for more than a month!! Sublet without the contract would be better but a contract might be possible if it’s necessary.
No deposit or extra hidden charges. Hauptwache, city centre is 8mins from S bahn, and Hauptbahnhof is 13mins, there are trains going every 5mins. Nearby, we have the supermarket, penny in 200m distance and Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann, and gym in 5mins walking. You can also walk 10mins to reach the river to enjoy evening walks.
You will be sharing the flat with a man, who is mostly out of the house for work.
Miscellaneous perks; We have a garden and chickens (so you get free eggs :D ), our landlord has a lot of bicycles so you can chose one to use during your stay :)
