Gemütliches WG Zimmer mit 16 m^2 Fläche. Es gibt 2 Toilette bzw. ein großes Badezimmer für 3 Mitbewohner/innen. Im Zimmer werde ich fast alle Möbel hinterlassen (ein 140*200 Bett+Matratze, ein Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch+Stuhl, Fernsehenschrank). Möbel sind neu aufgebaut vor 1 Jahr. Die Interessente, die Möbel übernehmen möchte, wird zuerst überlegt. Ablöse wäre 500€ für die ganze WG Sachen wie Waschmaschine, EBK Wohnzimmermöbel usw. und noch 300€ für Möbel im Zimmer. Ein früher Einzug ab vsl. Ende September ist möglich nach Vereinbarung.
3 min zum Füß am OF-HBF, wo jede Stunde 3 Regionalzüge Richtung Frankfurt sowie Hanau fahren. Sonst ist eine zentrale Bushaltestelle vor OF-HBF dort kann man mit dem Bus 5 min OF-Marktplatz erreichen und da fahren S1 S2 S8 und S9 Richtung Zeil und Ffm Flughafen.
Hier ist eher eine ruhige WG. Jede macht eigne Sachen und wenn du deine Ruhe haben möchtest, ist hier besser für dich geeignet. Sonst zieht auch jemand neu in ein anderes Zimmer ein und kann die Atmösphare vielleicht anders als jetzt. Zwei Mädels bleiben in der WG und sie möchten dich auch zuerst kennenlernen.
Die monatliche Miete besteht aus €340 kalt Miete an den Vermieter und dazu ungefähr €90 für Strom und Gas. Internet ist €10 und GEZ wird noch besprochen. Alle Nebenkosten werden unter den Mitbewohner/innen geklärt. Die Ablösung €800 wird an mir überwiesen, die du aber beim Auszug noch von den nächsten Mietern anfordern kannst.
