Hello future roommate,

from May 11 we are looking for a new roommate in our beautiful WG :)

The room has about 25sqm and costs 400€ warm.

We have two toilets with sink, shower, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Our WG is located in the northwest city. The house is surrounded by a garden. There are two WGs in the house. Shops and railway station are within walking distance. There is an old cottage as a shelter for bicycles. At the university you need about 10 min by bike.

WG life:

We are a fun, socially friendly, open-minded student WG. We clearly don't understand ourselves as a purpose WG and hope for a person who wants to live together harmoniously. We're looking for a student. Since this would just fit more into our everyday life. We often sit together with a coffee in the garden, make barbecue parties and go to bars or to (student) events in and around Offenburg :)

We attach great importance to a relaxed coexistence, and thus the cleaning plan and a certain degree of order are also adhered to in the community.
Of course everyone has their free space and retreat.

We are looking for someone who wants to live with us and is open to joint activities. Of course, it is also quite normal that you need rest and time for yourself.

Hallo zukünftige Mitbewohnerin,

wir suchen ab dem 11.Mai eine neue Mitbewohnerin in unserer schönen WG :)

Das Zimmer hat ca. 25qm und kostet 400€ warm.

Wir haben zwei Klos mit Waschbecken, eine Dusche, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler.

Unsere WG liegt in der Nordweststadt. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem Garten. In dem Haus sind zwei WGs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt eine alte Hütte als Überdachung für Fahrräder. Zur Hochschule braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 min.

WG-Leben:

Wir sind eine lustige, gesellschaftsfreudige, weltoffene Studenten-WG. Wir verstehen uns eindeutig nicht als Zweck-WG und hoffen auf eine Person die Lust auf ein harmonisches Zusammenleben hat. Wir suchen bevorzugt eine Studentin. Da das einfach mehr zu unserem Alltag passen würde. Wir sitzen öfter mal zusammen bei einem Kaffe im Garten, machen Grillpartys und gehen in Bars oder zu (Studenten-)Veranstaltungen in und um Offenburg :)

Wir legen großen Wert auf ein entspanntes Miteinander und damit wird auch der Putzplan und ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung in den gemeinschaftlichen Räumen eingehalten.
Natürlich hat jeder seinen Freiraum und Rückzugsort.

Wir suchen jemanden der gerne mit uns zusammenleben will und offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten ist. Natürlich ist es aber auch ganz normal dass man auch Ruhe und Zeit für sich braucht.
