Sharing Apartment wanted for Indian Researcher

Hallo! My name is Vishal Satheesh. I am 25 years old, and I hail from the state of Kerala, in South India (a place many Germans visit for our Ayurvedic hospitality tourism). I have recently been offered to join Hochschule Offenburg in a research project for Pflanzenkohle, a research area that is my recent dream to work in.

I currently work as an Inspector for Pflanzenkohle and the Carbon Credits generating from it. I have travelled countries like Kenya, Malawi, Singapore, Thailand and Japan for my inspections and have made good connections wherever I go. I hope to do the same in Germany. I plan to come to Germany in the later half of June 2024. My new job will involve me working with Pflanzenkohle more and with plants in the greenhouse.

I am looking for a nice flat-share apartment or house in Offenburg, within biking distance to the Hochschule. I prefer to have both German and international roommates, so I can experience languages and cultures more!

Most people say I am usually easy to like and get along with. As hobbies I like to swim and hike. I would like to go to the gym more and look after my body better after landing in Germany. I look forward to exploring all the natural sights in the area. I usually have a 'try everything once policy' with food, and enjoy most cuisines wherever I go. I look forward to having roommates who generally would be inclusive on doing hobbies and activities together, while also respect privacy and alone-time when necessary. I also love pets!
