Are you looking for a bright, spacious room near Tübingen for a couple months? Are you ok with living with a friendly and cuddly cat?
Your room has polished wooden floors and four large windows with a view of rolling hills in the distance. With a size of 13 sqm, the room is very spacious. Currently, the room contains one queen size bed, a small desk, and a large IKEA closet, but if you prefer the room to be unfurnished, that is fine as well.
The apartment is quite large (137sqm). There is an upstairs and downstairs area, two living rooms, a large kitchen, and three bathrooms. It has an open floor plan, a modern architectural design, and many large, bright windows with lots of warm heaters for the winter.
The apartment is situated in Ofterdingen, an 8 minute bus ride / 10 minute bike ride from Mössingen (where there are plenty of shopping opportunities). It takes 15 minutes to get from Mössingen bf to Tübingen hbf by train.
For the first few months, it will just be us in the apartment. In the last days of March, my parents will come to stay. They are very easy going, and the apartment is so spacious, nobody gets in each other’s way.
I am a studious and adventurous 22 year old and enjoy cooking, traveling, and hanging out with my friends in my free time. I am looking for someone who is interested in participating in WG life.
The warm rent is 450 Euro.
There is a free parking opportunity right in front of the house. Or you can rent the garage for 60 Euro extra per month.
There is a possibility of extending the contract at the end of April.
