Wir, zwei Lehramtstudenten (Sport&Chemie / Sport&Politik-Wirtschaft), suchen ein/e Zwischenmieter/in (Nichtraucher) vom 10.10.2012 - 1.02.2013 für unser 19 qm Zimmer in Eversten. Das Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum 5 qm großen Balkon. Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirspülmaschine und liegt knapp 3 Minuten von der Uni und 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Rewe oder Aldi) sind zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Am besten ruft ihr einfach kurz an.
