All rooms are furnished and have a wooden floor and clay-plastered walls and windows with a view into the green.
There is a LAN connection in all rooms and a central ventilation system constantly provides fresh air.
There is a very large communal living room (>40 m2) with kitchen and dining area and terrace overlooking the garden, which is used by all residents and which is part of the rent.
There are also two bathrooms and a toilet.

It's about 5 kilometers to the university and the city center, so it's easy to reach by bike in 15 minutes.

Organic food store, bakery, supermarkets, dm and bus stop (Sodenstich) are all 5 minutes away by bike.

We have a 25 speed internet connection and LAN sockets in all rooms, which is easily sufficient for normal internet use.

We rent out 2 rooms in our house in the landscape conservation area of OL-Eversten.
The house is beautifully renovated, has wooden floorboards and clay plastered walls everywhere and a large garden.
There are 5 rooms and a shared living room with kitchen and dining table.

Right now three people are living here and we are looking for 2 more roommates.
Sometimes we eat togethter, sometimes everyone does their own thing, sometimes we have deep conversations about God and the world, sometimes we laugh about small things. Everyone is free to be who they are.

If things bother us about each other, we are happy to talk about it so that things can change and we can enjoy living together.
We are open to people who like to to live their lives clearly and consciously.
We often find drugs disruptive to personal clarity and would like to see people who don't use drugs themselves and eat a predominantly vegetarian diet. But we are just as undogmatic and open to other people wanting to do things differently. We should get to know each other beforehand and see if it's a good fit.
