Hallihallo, da unsere Mitbewohnerin bald auszieht, suchen wir jemanden, der zum 01.02.2025 bei uns einziehen möchte.
Dein Zimmer wäre ca 18qm groß, rechteckig geschnitten und ist durch zwei große Fenster, durch die sich hin und wieder die Sonne ins Zimmer schleicht, schön hell. Die Möbel werden alle mitgenommen, das heißt du hättest die komplette Gestaltungsfreiheit.
In der WG wohnen noch zwei andere Studentinnen, die sich gleich noch vorstellen. Eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer ermöglichen es, dass man es sich auch außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers gemütlich machen kann und auch eingeladene Freund:innen genug Platz finden. Ergänzt wird die Wohnung durch einen kleinen, aber feinen Balkon an dem man essen, spielen oder lernen kann (wenn man mag).

Hi, there. Our flatmate is moving out soon, so we are looking for someone to move in with us on February 1, 2025. You will find a english version at the end of each paragraph :) Feel free to message us in the language that feels most comfortable for you.
Your room would be about 18 square meters, rectangular in shape and is nicely bright with two large windows through which the sun occasionally creeps into the room. All of the furniture will be taken, which means you would have complete freedom of design.
There are two other students living in the shared flat who will introduce themselves shortly. A large kitchen and a living room make it possible to make yourself comfortable outside your own room and there is also enough space for invited friends. The apartment is complemented by a small but nice balcony where you can eat, play or study (if you like).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Wüste und damit in einer der friedlichsten und zentralsten Ecken von Osnabrück. Das Haus ist direkt an den Hoffmeyer Platz angebunden, welcher gerne als Gartenersatz genutzt wird. Die Lage ist für Studierende der Universität optimal, da man nur 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zum Schloss Campus fährt. Zum Campus Westerberg fährt man ca. 15 min und zum Hbf 10 min. Busse fahren direkt vor der Haustür ab.
Ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich ein kleiner Edeka, der zwar nicht das größte Sortiment hat, aber alle Grundbedürfnisse versorgen kann, wenn man mal 5 min vor der Schließzeit noch einkaufen muss. Ansonsten sind ein Rewe, Netto und DM in nur 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in Wüste and thus in one of the most peaceful and central corners of Osnabrück. The house is directly connected to Hofmeyer Platz, which can be used as a garden. The location is ideal for university students, as it is only a 5-minute bike ride to the Schloss Campus. The Westerberg campus is about 15 minutes away and the main train station is 10 minutes away.
There is also a small Edeka right on the doorstep, which doesn't have the largest range of products, but can provide all the basic necessities if you need to do some shopping 5 minutes before closing time. Otherwise, a Rewe, Netto and DM are only 5 minutes away by bike.
In der WG wohnen noch Leonie (23) und Sophie (26).
Leonie studiert Interkulturelle Psychologie im 3. Master-Semester. Sie kommt gerade frisch von ihrem Auslandssemester in Mexiko zurück und startet bald mit ihrer Masterarbeit. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie gerne Badminton, geht Salsa tanzen oder lebt ihre amateurhaften Künste im Chor, beim zeichnen oder basteln aus. Sophie (26) schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Psychologie. Ansonsten ist sie in ihrer Freizeit sportlich aktiv, probiert gerne neue Rezepte aus und liebt es sich kreativ auszuleben.
Für uns ist das Zusammenleben als WG sehr wichtig. Wir haben beide schon in Zweck-WGs gewohnt und würden so eine Erfahrung gerne weiter vermeiden. Wenn es passt, machen wir also sehr gerne was zusammen. Sei es ein spontaner Filmabend, eine gemeinsame Yoga-Session oder einfach in der Küche beim Essen quatschen - wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall immer über ein Pläuschen :) Man kann sich aber auch jederzeit zurückziehen.

Leonie (23) and Sophie (26) also live in the shared flat.
Leonie is studying intercultural psychology in the 3rd semester of her master's degree. She has just returned from her semester abroad in Mexico and will soon start her master's thesis. In her free time, she likes to play badminton, go salsa dancing or express her artistic side in the choir, drawing or crafting. Sophie is currently writing her master's thesis in psychology. Otherwise, she likes to engage in different sports, enjoys trying out new recipes and loves to express herself creatively.
For us, living together as a WG is very important. We have both lived in shared flats with no interaction between the housemates and would like to avoid such an experience in the future. So, when it suits, we like to do things together. Whether it's a spontaneous movie night, a yoga session together, or just chatting in the kitchen while eating, we always look forward to a chat :) But you can also withdraw at any time if some me-time is needed.
