Biete ein ca. 12 qm großes WG-Zimmer in einer ca. 80 qm großen Wohnung im schönen Ottobeuren.
Die Wohnung besteht ansonsten noch aus einem großen Wohn- und Esszimmer, einer Küche, einem großen Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, WC und zusätzlich noch einem kleinen Gäste-WC.
Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Balkon auf der Südseite und einen Balkon auf der Westseite, welcher von dem WG-Zimmer aus erreicht wird.
Ein eigener Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist auch dabei und im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad abzustellen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ottobeuren und bis zum Marktplatz sind es ca. 15min zu Fuß.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wer mal spazieren möchte ist in 5min im Wald.

Zurzeit wohne nur ich als Hauptmieter in der Wohnung und das andere Zimmer steht leer.
Ich bin berufstätig, und studiere nebenberuflich von zuhause aus. Außerdem mache ich super gerne Sport und unternehme sehr gerne was mit Freunden.
Ich würde mich als ruhigen Mitbewohner beschreiben.
Wenn man mal etwas zusammen macht (kochen, Spiele spielen, Filme schauen) finde ich das cool, aber wenn jemand mehr Zeit für sich braucht hab ich damit auch kein Problem.
