Hallo, ich weiblich 60 Jahre jung, jugendlich Heilpädagogin / Therapeutin suche Mitbewohner/in für eine wundervolle,
traumhafte Wohnung am Rande von Ollarzried, naturnah, mit Garten, Terrasse, netten Mitbewohnern in einem Jugendstil-Gutshof - neu renoviert mit Stil. Das schönste Zimmer wäre Deins - sonnig und hell, mit 4,5 x4,5m groß.
Bin offen, flexibel und unkompliziert - will hier nicht mehr weg, da so schön - jedoch alleine für mich zu groß und nicht alleine bezahlbar. Hoffe, dass ich auf diesem Weg eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in finde. Meldet Euch einfach und kommt dann vorbei zum besichtigen.
Krisensicher, da Holzherd in der Küche vorhanden, Kachelofen im Wohnraum und Fußbodenheizung im Bad und im Wohnraum. Tiere erlaubt und erwünscht - und viele versch. Möglichkeiten offen. Meldet euch und schaut es unverbindlich an - freue mich auf Eure Neugier und Überraschung, da es ein wundervoller Platz zum wohnen und leben ist.
