The room is on the top floor with a nice view over the quiet neighborhood. It's fully furnished with a twin bed, night stand, desk, chair, and a walk-in closet with lots of shelves, drawers, and storage space. The bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet is right next door.
Our house is on a quiet street close to downtown Ottobrunn with places to eat, drink, and shop as well as all daily necessities (bakery, pharmacy, Edeka etc) within a ten minute walking distance. The next bus stop is 2 minutes away and the S-Bahn station can be reached within 15 minutes or 5 minutes by bike or bus.
We're a bilingual (German and English) family of five with three lovely boys (7, 4, and 2 years old). We've had roommates on and off for the past 10 years and we're looking for a friendly, reliable, easy-going, and organized roommate.
We're offering the room for a reduced rent in exchange for a total of 6 hours of babysitting per week (twice per week). We're quite flexible with the hours and happy to work around your schedule. We're hoping to find someone who has experience babysitting. If you don't mind living with lots of Legos, matchbox cars, and paw patrol, lots of silly ideas, laughter, and the occasional toddler tears, you might be the perfect fit!
