Student looking for shared apartment or house

My name is Billy and I'm 30 years old and originally from the United Kingdom. I am a relaxed, open-minded and outgoing person and enjoy spending time with my friends or learning new skills.

I'm going to be studying Electronics Engineering in Lippstadt next month so if you have a room available, whether temporarily or permanently, I would really like to hear from you! I also need somewhere to live that is in commutable distance by public transport to Lippstadt.

I have spent the past year living in Chemnitz and studying in Mittweida but now I'm looking for something a little different.

I'm looking for a shared apartment or single apartment. If a shared apartment is available, I'd like to get to know the people I live with but I also respect that we all need time alone and respect those boundaries.

I'm financially stable and can also prove this if required.

My interests include anything to do with music, such as producing, listening or playing musical instruments. I also frequently try to branch out and learn new things like programming, science, philosophy or anything else that interests me!

I don't smoke and won't be bringing any pets but I don't mind if other people in the shared apartment have pets!

I'm still learning German and I speak at a very basic level right now. English is my native language so any correspondence would be greatly appreciated in English.
