Ich vermiete ein Zimmer im Zentrum von Palma de Mallorca in der Calle Olmos, nur 150m vom Plaza España entfernt. Meine Wohnung hat viel Licht da sie sich im Dachgeschoss befindet. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, Bad & Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und eine schöne Dachterasse. Der Preis pro Zimmer ist 300 Euro exklusive Strom & Gas (s. Miscellaneous). Es wäre von Vorteil wenn du Spanisch sprichst und verstehst. Für mehr Informationen kannst du mich unter erreichen oder mir eine Email an schicken.
Es sind 2 Zimmer frei, eines ist ca. 9m2 das andere ca. 11m2 groß. Bed und Schreibtisch sind vorhanden. Die Küche, Bad und das Wohnzimmer teilen wir natürlich miteinander. Im Frühling und Sommer ist die Dachterasse der ideale Ort um zu relaxen :)
Sehr zentral, direkt in der Innenstadt mit vielen Shopping- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Der Plaza España und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Plaza Mayor zu Fuß in ca. 7 Minuten. Die perfekte Lage um diese wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden!
Ich bin BWL-Studentin und auf der Suche nach freundlichen, gebildeten und verantwortungsvollen Mitbewohnern.
Spanisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil da ich nur Spanisch spreche! (Anmerkung des Übersetzers: Keine Angst, sie ist sehr geduldig, spreche aus Erfahrung ;) )
Strom und Gas werden alle 2 Monate abgerechnet. Je nach Gebrauch variable,
aber als Richtwert ca. 100 Euro Strom und 30 für Gas alle 2 Monate, geteilt durch die Anzahl der Mitbewohner. :)
