Gemütliches Zimmer in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Durch südliche Ausrichtung gerade mittags Sonnenlicht durchflutet.
Das Zimmer ist außerdem auch groß genug um dort eine Yoga-Matte oder Ähnliches auszurollen :)

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen Passau. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist man direkt in der Altstadt und auch der Dom und das Theater sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Uni ist mit Fahrrad auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Bei schönem Wetter ist man auch sofort am Inn oder der Donau, perfekt um dort den Abend gemeinsam mit einem Drink ausklingen zu lassen :)
The flat is located in the middle of the heart of Passau. You’ll be right in the city center in just a couple of minutes and the Dom or the theatre are located within 10 minutes by foot.
The University can be reached by bike within 10 Minutes and the next bus stop is only 3 minutes away. On sunny days the Inn and the Dona are right in front of the door, perfect to have a nice drink and spend the evening together :)
Wir sind eine 4er WG und suchen ab 01.04 eine/n Nachmieter*in für unsere Mitbewohnerin Elena.
Deine potentiellen Mitbewohner*innen sind Marius, Sören und Franzi.
Marius (25) studiert Jura im 7. Semester und ist für jeglichen Schabernack und/oder Kaffee Pausen zu haben :)
Sören (25) studiert StaWi im Master und ist der Google Master unserer WG, egal welche Frage man hat, Sören findet die Antwort in Rekordzeit und er ist auch jederzeit für gemeinsames Kochen oder einen gemütlichen Abend zusammen zu haben :)
Franzi (25) studiert Lehramt im 11. Semester und ist die WG-Mama, die zur Prokrastination regelmäßig den besten Bananenkuchen ever backt :)
Grundsätzlich sind wir keine Zweck-WG, trotzdem hat man natürlich seinen Freiraum und seine Ruhe, wenn man möchte. Gerne verbringen wir auch Zeit zusammen (Spieleabende, was trinken, Feiern gehen, etc.).

We are a flat share of 4 people and are looking for a new flatmate starting from the 1st of April. Our current flatmate Elena is moving out.
Your potential flatmates are Marius, Sören and Franzi.
Marius (25) studies law in his 7th semester and is always up for a little fun and/or coffee :)
Sören (25) is currently doing his masters degree in StaWi and is our "Google Master". If you have any questions Sören will find the answer in no time and he is also always up to cook together and/or spending a nice and relaxed evening together :)
Franzi (25) studies education in her 11th semester and is like our flat share mum :) she regularly procrastinates by baking the best banana bread ever :)
In general we are pretty close, even though everyone has their own space and free time if needed/wanted. We like to spend time together as a flat share as well (e.g. board games, going out/staying in for drinks, partying, etc).
