Da meine Mitbewohnerin leider auszieht, suche ich ab dem 01. April eine neue Mitbewohner*in. Das Zimmer ist 19 qm groß, möbliert und bietet durch zwei große Fenster und den Zugang zum Balkon viel Licht, einen Blick ins Grüne und perfekte Sicht auf schöne Sonnenuntergänge.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Haidenhof-Nord. Aldi, Lidl und DM sind in wenigen hundert Metern erreichbar und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. An der Uni ist man mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten. Zur Dult sind es nur 5 Minuten, das Schwimmbad und der Wald sind auch ganz in der Nähe.

Mein Name ist Rebecca, ich bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere in meinem letzten Semester Jura. Insgesamt würde ich mich als ruhige, aber offene Person beschreiben und da wir nur zu zweit wären, freue ich mich über ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis.
Mit dem Putzen haben wir uns bisher wöchentlich abgewechselt, das hat gut funktioniert.
