Ende Februar werde ich Passau und damit auch mein WG-Zimmer verlassen, sodass es zum 01.03.2025 frei wird. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, hell und vollständig möbliert. Gegen eine Ablöse von 300€ würde ich die Möbel, also Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode und die an der Wand angebrachten Regale im Zimmer lassen. Vom Fenster aus hat man einen netten Ausblick auf den Garten, der allen Anwohnern zur Verfügung steht.
Unsere Küche wurde im Januar 2022 komplett renoviert, also ist alles in bestem Zustand. Außerdem ist sie mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht: Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und sonstige Küchengeräte. Stauraum gibt es zusätzlich auch ausreichend im Flur und im Kellerabteil. Im Bad befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine. Dadurch, dass Toilette und Badezimmer getrennt sind, kommt man sich morgens nicht in die Quere.
The room is available starting March 1st 2025. The room is comfortable, bright and completely furnished. For 300€ i will leave the bed, wardrobe, desk, dresser and the shelfs on the wall in the room. From the window there is a nice view of the shared garden.
Our kitchen has been renovated in January 2022, so everything is in great condition. The kitchen has everything you need: Dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave and other kitchen appliances. There is also additional space in the hallway or the basement storage unit. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Because the toilet is separate from the bathroom there are no greater complications in the morning.
Die Wohnung liegt vier Minuten fußläufig zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und zum Sportzentrum der Universität entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist man in 5 Minuten am ZOB. Alle anderen Unigebäude sowie die Fußgängerzone erreicht man in maximal 15 Minuten. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage ruhig und idyllisch: man ist zum Spazieren oder Joggen innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Inn. Falls Du ein Auto hast, kannst du vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz mieten.
The apartment is only four minutes away from the next bus stop and from the university‘s sport facilities by foot. The Bus takes 5 minutes to get to the Central Bus Station. You need a maximum of 15 minutes to get to the furthest uni buildings or the centre of Passau. On the other hand, the apartment is situated in a quiet street close to nature: the Inn is only 5 minutes downhill and is a great place for going on a walk or run. If you have a car, you can rent one of the parking spots in front of the building.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen wären Larissa (22) und Lucia (18). Larissa studiert KuWi im 7. Semester und Lucia hat im Wintersemester angefangen, Jura zu studieren. Die beiden sind sehr offen, freundlich, verlässlich und immer für einen kleinen Ratsch oder eine Unternehmung zu haben. Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG aber es hat auch jede/r sein/ ihr eigenes Leben. Sauberkeit ist uns allen wichtig: wir haben einen Putzplan und bei uns können jegliche Probleme angesprochen werden.
Your new roommates would be Larissa (22) and Lucia (18). Larissa studies KuWi in the 7th Semester and Lucia has started to study law in the winter semester. The two are very open and friendly and always open for a quick chat or a hangout. I have always felt very comfortable. The living arrangement is always friendly and everyone is also free to do their own thing. Cleanliness is very important to us: we have a schedule for cleaning that has worked well so far but we are also flexible if anything needs changing or if anyone has an issue.
Die Nebenkosten und zusätzlichen Kosten enthalten Strom, Wasser, WLAN, Treppenhausreinigung und GEZ. Es werden für dich also keine weiteren Kosten für dich anfallen. The additional costs include electricity, water, wifi, stairwell cleaning and broadcasting tax, so besides that, there will be no additional costs for you.
