Das Zimmer ist Teil unserer Vierer-WG. Da ich ein Praktikum machen werde, möchte ich das Zimmer bis Ende Oktober untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist aufgeteilt in Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer. Alle Möbel bleiben natürlich im Zimmer, eine Kaution wird verlangt. Die bekommst du aber natürlich zurück, wenn alles ganz bleibt :).
Ansonsten gibt es genug Stauraum, den du in deiner Zeit natürlich gerne benutzen darfst! Großer Pluspunkt im Sommer ist der Ventilator, der für ein angenehmes Klima im Raum sorgt.
Unserer WG liegt in der Innstadt, nichts ist weit entfernt! Zu Fuß sind es zum ZOB zum Beispiel nur 10 Minuten, die Ortspitze erreichst du in 15 Minuten. Für deine Zeit im Passauer Sommer steht Ausflügen also nichts im Weg!
Während der Semesterferien wirst du mit Shayan (26) zusammenleben. Aktuell sind wir noch auf der Suche nach zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern, die du dann eventuell auch noch kennenlernen könntest.
Bei dem Einzugsdatum gibt es einen Spielraum, also falls du Interesse hast und dir das Zimmer anschauen willst, schreib mir gerne über WG-gesucht, damit wir uns kennenlernen können.
