In unserer wunderschönen 3er-Wg wird mein 15qm großes Zimmer unbefristet frei. Man hat von meinem Balkon einen direkten Ausblick auf die Bäume und unseren großen Garten . Im Sommer kann man hier perfekt das warme Wetter genießen :) Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen schönen Parkettboden und eine Holzwand, was dem Raum einen charmanten Altbauflair. verleiht.
Unsere Küche ist mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Ofen, Sodastream, Mikrowelle, Mixer... und zusätzlich hat Marc vor kurzem bei uns einen Ofen in den Flur gebaut, der im Winter für Ambiente und viel Wärme sorgen wird.
Unser Bad und unsere Küche wurden vor unserem Einzug neu renoviert und sind daher in Topform.
Das Einzugsdatum ist Anfang Januar und flexibel.
In dem Zimmer würde der Kleiderschrank bleiben.
My 15sqm room in our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Haibach bei Freinberg, Austria is available for rent soon. From my balcony you have a direct view of the trees and our large garden. It's the perfect place to enjoy the warm weather in summer :) The room also has a beautiful wooden floors and a wooden wall, which makes the room quite charming.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for: dishwasher, oven, Sodastream , microwave, blender... and Marc recently installed a fireplace in our hallway, which will provide ambience and plenty of warmth in winter.
Our bathroom and kitchen were renovated before we moved in and are therefore in top condition.
The move-in date is the beginning of January and is flexible.
The closet would remain in the room.
Unsere WG liegt in Haibach bei Freinberg, Österreich, mitten im Grünen. Die Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge und bietet einen idealen Ausgleich zum Stadtleben. Die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Alternativ kannst du bequem mit dem Fahrrad entlang des Inns in 10–15 Minuten in die Stadt fahren – ohne große Steigungen. Auf dem Rückweg liegen zwei Supermärkte (Edeka und Norma), die mit dem Rad in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Im Sommer ist die Lage perfekt, um am Innstrand zu entspannen oder zu baden.
Our shared flat is located in Haibach, Austria, the surrounding area is perfect for walks in nature and offers an ideal balance to city life. The bus stop can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can easily cycle along the Inn river into the city in 10-15 minutes - without any major incline. There are two supermarkets on the way back (Edeka and Norma), which can be reached by bike in around 5 minutes. In summer, the location is perfect for relaxing at the Innstrand.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner heißen Lasse(24), er studiert für seinen Master in Deggendorf und Chris (31) arbeitet Teilzeit in einem Outdoor - Laden. Zusammen kochen wir gern oder gehen gemeinsam in die Boulderhalle. Auch Teil der WG ist Marc, er ist der Sohn der Vermieterin und wohnt in der Etage über uns.
Your future flatmates are Lasse (24), who is studying for his Master's degree in Deggendorf, and Chris (31), who works part-time in an outdoor store. We enjoy cooking together or going to the bouldering hall together.Marc is also part of our flat share, he is the landlady's son and lives on the floor above us.
