Schönes Großes Zimmer mit viel Licht und hohen Decken.
Schrank zur übernahme bleibt drinn.
Blick auf die Donau. Wohnung ist sehr Warm und hat kein problem mit Feuchtigkiet

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Perfekt, sie liegt in Bahnhofsnähe also auch gut für Pendler geeignet.
Außerdem befindet sich die Uni in Fuß nähe und mann braucht keine 10 minuten dahin.
Einkaufs möhlichleiten befinden sich zu Fuß 2 minuten entfernt.

Die WG mitbewohner sind super freundlich und sind offen für alle. Es gibt Spieleabende und es werden auch andere Dinge zusammen unternommen. Die anderen Drei sind alles Lehramtsstudenten und bleiben noch ein bisschen in Passau. Wenn du gerne in einer belebten Wg wohnen willst und auch mit anderen gerne was unternimmst, ist das genau die richtige Wg für dich.

Du musst nichts mitbringen außer gute Laune.
Ich ziehe aus, weil ich mit mwiner Freundin zusammen ziehe, ich bin mit den 3 bewohnern der Wg aber gut befreundet.
