Wir vermieten 2 Zimmer in einer neugebauten Doppelhaushälfte ab sofort. Ein Zimmer (~15 qm gross) teilt sich mit einem weiteren Bewohner das Bad (mit Dusche und Badewanne). Das zweite Zimmer (~14,5 qm) hat ein eigenes Duschbad.
Die Zimmer sind mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch & Stuhl sowie einem Schrank möbliert.
Das Haus befindet sich in Laufnähe zu Roche (ca 20 Min zu Fuß) sowie einem großen Supermarkt (150 m entfernt). Es liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Stichstrasse. Parkmöglichkeiten sind gegeben.
Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein Holzhaus, das eine sehr gute Ausstattung hat (zB elektrische Rollläden, Fernwärme, Hochwertige Böden usw). Im Erdgeschoss ist eine große (~17 qm) voll ausgestattete, moderne Einbauküche vorhanden. Daneben ist ein großes (~32 qm) Gemeinschaftszimmer vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zu Verfügung. Garten- und Fahrradschuppen Nutzung ist inkludiert.
Die Miete inklusive Wasser/Strom/Heizung/EBK Nutzung beträgt 780 bzw. 825 € monatlich. Für die Internetnutzung (Glasfaser) kommen 15€/Monat hinzu.
Die Zimmer werden nur an Nichtraucher vermietet.
