Das verfügbare Zimmer ist etwa 20 bis 25 m² groß. Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem ein weiteres privates Zimmer ähnlicher Größe, das ich nutze, ein geräumiger Flur von ca. 30+ m², eine Küche von ca. 12 m², ein gemeinsamer Gemeinschaftsraum von 10 m², ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Maße ungefähre Angaben sind und leicht variieren können.

Ich habe bereits das meiste für das Appartement und für das beworbene Zimmer, einen Arbeitstisch und einen Schrank besorgt. Leider müssen Sie sich selbst um ein Bett kümmern (wobei ich bei Bedarf gerne behilflich bin). Die Wohnung wurde komplett leer übergeben, so dass ich viele Dinge selbst kaufen musste, einschließlich eines Kühlschranks, einer neuen Waschmaschine und mehr (die Sie gerne benutzen können, aber ich bitte Sie auch, dafür verantwortlich zu sein)

The room available is approximately 20 to 25 m². The apartment also includes another private room of a similar size that I use, a spacious hall of about 30+ m², a kitchen around 12 m², a shared common area of 10 m², a bathroom, and a separate WC. Please note that these measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

I’ve already arranged most of the essentials for the Appartement and for advertised room, a study table and a cupboard. Unfortunately, you’ll need to arrange a bed on your own (though I’m happy to assist if needed). The apartment was provided completely empty, so I’ve had to purchase many items myself, including a fridge, a new washing machine, and more (you are welcomed to use but also request you to be responsible)
