In unserer Dreier-WG wird ein möbliertes Zimmer frei und sucht nun nach einem neuen Bewohner / einer neuen Mitbewohnerin. Die WG besteht seit mehreren Jahren und wird ständig in Schuss gehalten (2022: Küchenrenovierung, 2024: neue Waschmaschine, teilweise neue Beleuchtung, Malerarbeiten, 2025: neue Heizung). Auch dein Zimmer wurde erst kürzlich renoviert:
- neues Sofa (2-Sitzer) mit ausziehbarer Schlaffunktion für Gäste (Liefertermin Anfang / Mitte Oktober).
- neuer SmartTV, 41 Zoll
- neuer Kleiderschrank / Aufbewahrungselement im offenen Industrial Design
- Beistelltisch, Garderobenständer im Industrial Design
- neue Steckdosen und Schalter
- neue Decken- und Stehlampe
- neue Tapete, neuer Anstrich
Außerdem steht natürlich ein Bett mit Matratze und ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl im Zimmer.
Sämtliche Gegenstände werden zur Nutzung überlassen, d.h. nicht mitvermietet.

A furnished room is becoming available in our three-bed flat share and is now looking for a new occupant. This flat share has existed for several years and is constantly being maintained (2022: kitchen renovation, 2024: new washing machine, partly new lighting, painting work, 2025: new heating). Your room has also just been renovated:
- new sofa (2-seater) with pull-out sleeping function for guests (delivery date early / mid-October).
- new SmartTV, 41 inch
- new wardrobe / storage unit in open industrial design
- side table, coat rack in industrial design

- new ceiling and floor lamp

Of course, there is also a bed with mattress and a desk with chair in the room.

Die WG hat eine zentrale Lage, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Quasi vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle; der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. dein Zimmer geht zur ruhigen Rückseite des Hauses, die der Straße abgewandt ist.

The shared flat has a central location, all stores for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. There is a bus stop virtually on the doorstep; the main train station is only a 5-minute walk away. Your room faces the quiet back of the house, which is away from the street.

Your flatmates are two young male professionals in their mid 20s.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten, zum Beispiel Strom/Gas, Fernsehgebühren, Müll, Wasser/ Abwasser, High Speed Internet (1000 MBit). Eine Reinigungskraft putzt derzeit einmal in der Woche die öffentlichen Räume - ein Anspruch darauf besteht jedoch nicht. Du musst dich daher um fast nichts kümmern - einfach kommen und einziehen! Wir freuen uns auf dich.

Everything is included in the rent, for example electricity/gas, TV fees, garbage, water/sewage, high-speed internet (1000 MBit). A cleaner currently cleans the public areas once a week - but there is no entitlement to this. So you don't have to worry about almost anything - just come and move in! We look forward to seeing you.
