Hi ihr Lieben, wir sind Mona (30), Kai (31) und unsere Hündin Summer (2,5) und suchen eine:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Poing.

Die S2 ist in 10 Fußminuten zu erreichen (fährt im 20-Minuten-Takt zur Stammstrecke), Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Wir haben einen großen Rewe, Bäcker, Italiener, Asia, Döner, Frühstücksrestaurant und eine Gemüsehütte direkt vor der Tür. Gleichzeitig ist man in 5min im Grünen :) Eine DHL Packstation gibts direkt an der Sbahn.

Wir werden den Speicher-/ Hobbyraum als unser Zimmer nutzen und da wir wochenweise nach Stuttgart pendeln, hast du die Wohnung teils ganz für dich. Das Schlafzimmer ist unmöbiliert, die restliche Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Du darfst gerne alles an Einrichtung mitbringen.

Summer ist ein Aussie, es wäre gut, wenn du Hunde magst und standfest bist.
