Personally, as a forest-loving person would say, it's hard to do better, because we live only 5 minutes away from the Parfoceheide. But the Großbeerenstraße is around the corner with all kinds of shops and gyms, so that you don't need to drive far for handling. The campus Griebnitzsee + railway station is only 7 minutes away with the Fahhrad. A few university sports courses take place very close (zb Hockey), which I enjoy very much.
A road further is a totally sweet shop (Stern Cafe) by which we were welcomed directly in the neighborhood.

Ich persönlich, als waldliebende Person würde sagen, besser geht es kaum, denn wir wohnen nur 5 minuten von der Parfoceheide entfernt. Doch die Großbeerenstraße ist mit allerlei Geschäften und Fitnessstudios um die Ecke, sodass man für Erledigungen nicht weit zu fahren braucht. Der Campus Griebnitzsee + Bahnhof sind nur 7 minuten mit dem Fahhrad entfert. Ein paar Hochschulsportkurse finden ganz in der Nähe statt (zb Hockey), was ich sehr genieße.
Eine Strasse weiter ist ein total süsser Laden (Stern Cafe), durch welchen wir direkt in der Nachbarschaft willkommen gehiessen wurden.

I have lived in a WG with two great people in Berlin for the last two years and enjoyed the community and the coexistence there.
This results for you now that you only apply if you want NO purpose WG and you are important to each other. Of course, you're moving back. For example, I'd like to leave my room door open if I'm not there, and I don't mind if you go through to use the balcony.
I like it when the WG creates a sense of coexistence – that you not only live next to each other, but meet, for example, by not always being completely closed and you can knock on.

To me:
I'm studying climate science at the UP. I own a small white anger (Coton/Havaneser Mix) called Noa, which is a very pleasant, well-trained MB and really barely bark. The fact that one should like animals or dogs and should be good with them is of course an important prerequisite, but Noa really likes everyone. So you don't have to be a dog expert;)

I am also in favour of joint ventures in and outside the house and open to making the apartment even more beautiful together. I am a rather restful person, which is why I guess if something is taken into consideration with music and visit, say if you like to listen to a lot of music, headphones are used when I am there and visits are announced, or if you want to see bigger things like cooking dinners with friends in our kitchen, if that's okay, because the apartment is not as big as that, and therefore care is important for both to feel comfortable.

Ich bin Jay, 26 Jahre alt und habe kürzlich eine wunderbare Wohnung am Stern bezogen. Diese habe ich mit eine*r Kommiliton*in bezogen.
Ich habe die letzten 2 Jahre in einer WG mit zwei tollen Menschen in Berlin gewohnt und dort sehr die Gemeinschaft und das Miteinander genossen.
Daraus ergibt sich jetzt für dich, dass du dich bitte nur bewirbst, wenn du KEINE Zweck-WG möchtest und dir ein Miteinander wichtig ist. Selbstverständlich zieht man sich auch mal zurück. Ich lasse beispielsweise gerne meine Zimmertür offen, wenn ich nicht da bin, und mich stört es nicht, wenn du durch gehst, um den Balkon zu nutzen.
Ich mag’s, wenn in der WG ein Gefühl von Miteinander entsteht – dass man nicht nur nebeneinander wohnt, sondern sich begegnet, zum Beispiel indem die Türen nicht immer ganz zu sind und man auch mal anklopfen kann.

Zu mir:
Ich studiere im Master Klimawissenschaften an der UP. Zu mir gehört ein kleiner weißer Wuschel (Coton/Havaneser Mix) namens Noa, der ein sehr angenehmer, gut erzogener MB ist und wirklich kaum bellt. Dass man Tiere bzw Hunde mögen sollte und mit ihnen gut können sollte ist natürlich eine wichtige Voraussetzung, Noa mag aber wirklich Jede*n. Hundeprofi musst du also keiner sein;)

Ich bin auch für gemeinsame Unternehmungen im und außerhalb des Hauses zu haben und offen dafür, die wohnung gemeinsam noch schöner zu gestalten. Ich bin ich ein eher ruhebedürftiger Mensch, weshalb ich es schätze, wenn mit Musik und Besuch etwas Rücksicht genommen wird, sprich, wenn man gerne viel Musik hört, Kopfhörer verwendet, wenn ich auch da bin und Besuch ankündigt bzw bei geplanten größeren Dingen wie Kochabenden mit Freunden in unserer Küche gefragt wird, ob das okay wäre, denn so groß ist die Wohnung halt nicht und daher ist Rücksicht wichtig, damit sich Beide wohl fühlen können.

Eine Untermiete ist genehmigt. Du bekommst daher einen offziellen Untermietvertrag. Du solltest natürlich in der Lage sein, die Miete pünktlich spätestens zum 1. des Monats zu zahlen, damit ich die volle Miete als Hauptmieter*in und unseren Strom zahlen kann. Es sind nicht alle der angegebenen Dokumente nötig, dies können wir in Person besprechen. Schreibe mir bitte nur dann eine aussagekräftige Nachricht, wenn du dir alles durchgelesen hast und dir das Zusammenleben gut vorstellen kannst.
