Hey,
Ich bin Paula und ich bin auf der Suche nach eine*r neuen Mitbewohner*in.
Das Zimmer wäre ab 01.06.2024 einzugsbereit.
Es hat ca 17 qm und bodentiefe Fenster, welche viel Licht ins Zimmer lassen.
Es wird, anders als auf den Fotos, nicht möbliert sein, du kannst also deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen.
Die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu fuß zu erreichen und Schloss Sanssouci in ca 10 Minuten.
Der Bus hält 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und Rathaus Potsdam ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mit dem Bus kommt man gut zur Uni Potsdam und die FH ist auch nur 15 Minuten zu fuß entfernt.
Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach perfekt, da sie relativ ruhig ist, aber trotzdem sehr zentral.
Ich habe eine Katze und lebe vegan, du passt also zu uns, wenn du auch vegetarisch oder sogar vegan lebst und Katzen liebst :).
Ich freue mich über gemeinsame Koch-Sessions und Film-/ oder Spieleabende. Habe aber ab und zu auch gerne meine Ruhe.
Mir ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und wenn es dir ebenso geht, wäre das super.
