Das Zimmer enthält einen Schrank und ein Hochbett, die restlichen Möbelstücke werden eventuell beim Auszug mitgenommen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und hat genügend Platz, um sich einzurichten und wohlzufühlen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof Charlottenhof (3min Fußweg). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden: Rewe und Lidl sind jeweils max 8min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Anbindung an Bus, Tram und Bahn könnte nicht besser sein.
Hallo,
wir sind eine WG in Potsdam West, welche vor zwei Monaten Zuwachs bekommen hat und nun eine kleine Familie bildet - zwei Eltern und ein Baby. Demnächst wird unser drittes WG Mitglied ausziehen, sodass ein Zimmer frei wird, in welches DU einziehen könntest. Das Leben in der WG kann ansonsten frei gestaltet werden - wichtig wäre den Eltern jedoch, dass die Nachmieterin Nichtraucherin ist. Parties sind in Rücksichtnahme auf das Baby und Eltern unerwünscht.

Der Keller ist bereits sehr voll - es wäre für kleinere Stücke jedoch noch Platz.
