Großes (15 Quadratmeter) und bequemes Zimmer in der Gegend von Potsdam-Babelsberg Nord frei für den Monat Dezember (nur für einen Monat). In der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs Babelsberg, 7 Minuten zu Fuß, und des Rewe-Supermarkts (400 Meter). Im Haus gibt es eine Küche mit allem, was man braucht, und zwei Badezimmer. Das Haus wird mit 7 weiteren Jungen (männlich) geteilt. Es handelt sich um ein Souterrain, daher gibt es nicht viel Tageslicht, aber alles in allem ist es gar nicht so schlecht!
Viele Dinge auf dem Foto werden mitgenommen, wie z.B. die weiße Kommode neben dem Fenster, die Hantelbank, die Gewichte, die Computer und generell alle persönlichen Gegenstände.
Bei Interesse zögert nicht, mich zu kontaktieren, um eine Besichtigung des Hauses zu vereinbaren.

Large (15 square meters) and comfortable room in the Potsdam-Babelsberg Nord area available for the month of December (only one month). Close to the S-Bahn station Babelsberg, 7 minutes on foot, and the Rewe supermarket (400 meters). The house has a kitchen with everything you might need and two bathrooms. The house is shared with 7 other guys (male). It is a basement apartment, so there isn't much natural light, but overall it's not bad at all!
Many items in the photo will be removed, such as the white nightstand near the window, the weight bench, the weights, the computers, and all personal belongings in general.
