Vermiete mein schönes Yoga- und Schlafzimmer für die Dauer meiner Abwesenheit von Januar bis Juni 2025. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist geräumig mit 24 qm und liegt im 1OG unseres Einfamilienhauses. Die Tür ist abschließbar. Die Dielen sind abgezogen und biologisch geölt. Ein maßangefertigtes Podest beherbergt zum einen Dein 2x2m Bett mit hoher Boxspringmatratze, sowie 2 riesige Schubfächer für all Deine Sachen. Dein kuschliges Bett bietet Dir ganz viel Platz zum langmachen und ist mit vielen Federkissen und -rollen, sowie einer 2x2m Federdecke ausgestattet. Ein wundervolles Wandbild von einer Künstlerin geschaffen, lässt Dich hoffentlich wunderbar träumen. Auf dem Podest habe ich selbst immer Yoga praktiziert, Du kannst es Dir aber auch als gemütliche Sitzecke machen. Das Fenster geht zum Garten raus, hat Moskitonetze davor und lässt sich über Rollos verdunkeln.
Ein kleiner Nachttisch mit Lampe, sowie eine Stehlampe und ein Leiterregal für den Komfort.

Falls Du Schreibtisch & Stuhl brauchst, kann ich das reinstellen.

Zusätzlich gibt es die Option, das angrenzende Zimmer (ca. 16 qm) für 550 € mit zu mieten. Das Zimmer ist mit Auslegware, Fenster geht zur ruhigen Anliegerstraße und Vorgarten raus. Es steht ein Schreibtisch mit Gamingstuhl drin. Eine Wand ist komplett mit Massivholzregal verkleidet. Es gibt einen Spiegel und eine Matratze 160x200.

Gleich nebenan ist das Bad mit WC & Dusche und ein separater Waschraum mit 2 Waschbecken, die Du Dir mit Deinen 2 Mitbewohnern teilst.

Im Erdgeschoss nutzt Du das große Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Terrasse zum Garten, sowie die voll ausgestattete Küche, das Esszimmer, die Diele, das Duschbad mit WC und ein separates Pissoir mit.

Im Garten kannst Du Dich gern austoben. Es gibt verschiedene Hochbeete, die Du gern nach Lust und Laune bepflanzen kannst. Du kannst Dir ein Feuer in der Feuerschale anmachen.

I am renting out my beautiful yoga room and bedroom for the duration of my absence from January to June 2025. Your future room is spacious with 24 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of our detached house. The door is lockable. The floorboards are stripped and organically oiled. A custom-made platform accommodates your 2x2m bed with a high box-spring mattress, as well as 2 huge drawers for all your things. Your cozy bed offers you plenty of space to stretch out and is equipped with lots of feather pillows and rolls, as well as a 2x2m comforter. A wonderful mural created by an artist will hopefully make you dream wonderfully. I used to practice yoga on the platform myself, but you can also use it as a cozy seating area. The window looks out onto the garden, has mosquito nets in front of it and can be darkened using roller blinds.
There is a small bedside table with a lamp, a floor lamp and a ladder shelf for comfort.

If you need a desk and chair, I can put them inside.

There is also the option of renting the adjoining room (approx. 16 sqm) for € 550. The room has carpeting, the window faces the quiet residential street and the front garden. There is a desk with a gaming chair. One wall is completely covered with solid wood shelving. There is a mirror and a 160x200 mattress.

Right next door is the bathroom with WC & shower, which you share with your 2 roommates.

On the first floor, you can use the large living room with adjoining terrace overlooking the garden, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, hallway, shower room with WC and a separate urinal.

You are welcome to let off steam in the garden. There are various raised beds that you are welcome to plant as you please. You can light a fire in the fire bowl.

Mit den Öffis kommst Du zügig nach Berlin und Potsdam. Der Bahnhof Rehbrücke ist von unserer Haustür 2km entfernt, die Du entweder mit Auto, Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zurücklegen kannst
Ein Fitnesscenter ist in 5 Min. Fußweg; Aldi und Rewe gibts in 10 Min. Friseure, Fleischer, Bäcker, Physiotherapien, Praxen etc. sind alle nah. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Viel Wald und Felder, Reiterhöfe fußläufig.

International bekannt ist das Ernährungsinstitut im Ort.

You can get to Berlin and Potsdam quickly by public transport. The Rehbrücke train station is 2 km from our front door, which you can cover either by car, bicycle, on foot or by bus
A fitness center is a 5-minute walk away; Aldi and Rewe are 10 minutes away. Hairdressers, butchers, bakers, physiotherapists, surgeries etc. are all nearby. The area is quiet. Lots of woods and fields, riding stables within walking distance.

The nutrition institute in the village is internationally renowned.

Am besten einfach kennenlernen. Ausschweifende Partys sind nicht erwünscht, mal laut Musik hören oder machen passt. Die beiden sind unkompliziert und arbeitstätig.

It's best to just get to know each other. We don't want excessive partying, but listening to or making loud music is fine. The two are uncomplicated and hard-working.
