The flat is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex in a quiet residential area next to a park and a guarded parking lot. As there is a efficient public transportation system, you can reach the city centre within 10 minutes. You can find the next tram or metro stations only in 3 minutes walking distance. The room in the apartment consisting of two separate rooms in total, is nicely decorated, spacious and very light . As special advantage, it has a large window with blinds and a small balcony facing the green inner courtyard. Furthermore, it is fully furnished, has a well-functioning gas heater and a new kitchen in the hall with two cooking plates, unfortunately no oven, but with fridge including a freezer, kettle, dishes and microwave oven. In the bathroom is also the washing machine. The apartment is very comfortable to live in and really quiet although it is an old building with the doors within the flat not closing tightly. The lockers at the door as well as at the main entrance are new. The WIFI is fast and any communication with the landlady or questions were handled and answered quickly without complications. With the perfect location in the beautiful district of Vinohrady, Prague 2, the rent is acceptable and fair.
