Frisbee freak finding an apartment/flatshare for longterm

I'm Adi, 31, Male, from India, PhD student in Germany.
I'm a climate scientist and I study Atmospheric Chemistry for my PhD
I'll be starting my new job as a researcher at Univerzita Karlova from November onwards
I'm looking for an individual flat or a flatshare ideally not very far from my university office which is close to Holesovice train station. Anywhere accessible to the red metro line is also fine for me.

My budget for renting is currently up to 15,000 CZK including other bills (electricity, internet, water, heating etc.). Negotiable though.
Please let me know if you are interested in offering me a suitable place to stay.

I can speak English and German, will start learning Ceska Jazyk after moving to Praha.

I don't smoke/drink, and I'm vegetarian (mostly vegan). FYI, I've got my own diet type: Gratitarian- expressing gratitude to the food that we are blessed with, and remembering all the known human and natural factors that played a role in making the food available to us.
I, however, have no problem with others smoking (outside)/drinking/eating meat/being what they are. I like group activities such as cooking, cleaning and partying. I love spending time with friends. I like to keep things clean, especially in the common areas like kitchen, living room and bathroom.

In my free time, I also do calligraphy, create quizzes, make presentations/seminars, edit videos, listen to lectures, watch documentaries and meditate.
My favourite activity is to watch paper planes glide and gain some height and then take a U-turn and then land back into my hands. Believe me, I can just watch planes gliding by, for hours!

PS: I'm not an expert but LOVE playing frisbee!! I'm down for any frisbee related game ;)
