Ab sofort ist ein Zimmer frei. Sehr nette Mitbewohner(2 weiblichen).
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer großen Gemeinschaftsküche und einem Badezimmer.
Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen geräumig und teilweise möbliert. Das Bett ist ohne Matratze. Kann bei Bedarf entfernt werden. Trotzdem ist es in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Kleiderschrank ist groß und bietet Platz für alle deine Kleidungsstücke. Schreibtisch ist auch sehr schön.
Vom Fenster aus blickt man auf die schöne Natur von Randersacker. Randersacker hat viele schöne Orte zum Genießen.
In der Nähe der Wohnung findest du einen Penny- und einen Edeka-Supermarkt. 3 Gehminuten findet man die nächste Bushaltestelle, die du zur Uni und in die Innenstadt bringt. Der Bus kommt normalerweise alle 20 Minuten.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300 € zzgl. ~10 Euro für das Internet.

A room is available from now on. Very nice roommates (2 female).
The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a large shared kitchen and a bathroom.
The room is spacious and partially furnished as shown in the pictures. The bed has no mattress. Can be removed if necessary. Nevertheless, it is in very good condition. The wardrobe is large and has space for all your clothes. Desk is also very nice. From the window you can see the beautiful nature of Randersacker every morning and everyday. Randersacker has many beautiful places to enjoy.
Near the apartment you will find a Penny and an Edeka supermarket. A 3-minute walk will take you to the nearest bus stop that takes you to the university and the city center. The bus usually comes every 20 minutes.
The rent including heating is 300 € plus ~10 euros for the internet.
