Ein Zimmer ist in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Ravensburg Süd frei. Das Haus liegt im 1. Stock und verfügt über 3 Zimmer, 1 Bad und eine Küche. Vor dem Haus befindet sich außerdem ein Garten sowie ein Gartenhäuschen, in dem Sie Ihre Fahrräder abstellen können.
Das Zimmer ist 14,5 m² groß und nach vorne ausgerichtet, sodass es tagsüber viel Sonne hat. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, bringen Sie also bitte Ihre eigenen notwendigen Möbel mit. Parken ist auf der Hauptstraße erlaubt.

A room is free in a 3 room flat in Ravensburg south. The house is on 1st floor, with 3 rooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. The house also has a garden in front, along with a garden shed for you to park your bicycles.
The room is 14,5 m² , main road facing with plenty sunshine during day time. The room is non furnished, so please bring your own necessay furniture. Parking is allowed on the main road.
Drei Gehminuten entfernt (Weißenauer Straße) gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, wo die Buslinie 3 fährt, und eine weitere Bushaltestelle hinter dem Viertel, wo die Buslinie 45 fährt. Es ist ein ruhiges, familienorientiertes Viertel.
There is a bus stop 3 min by foor (weissenaur Strasse) where bus number 3 runs and another bus stop behind the neighbourhood where bus number 45 runs. It’s a quite, family oriented neighbourhood.
One of the flatmate is a male student and i work full time. I rented two rooms and by the end of February 2025, both rooms are available to be rented.
Usually it’s quite and everyone is busy with their own things. But you are welcome to enjoy it the way you prefer.
Einer meiner Mitbewohner ist ein Student und ich arbeite Vollzeit. Ich habe zwei Zimmer gemietet und bis Ende Februar 2025 können beide Zimmer gemietet werden.
Normalerweise ist es ruhig und jeder ist mit seinen eigenen Dingen beschäftigt. Aber Sie können es gerne so genießen, wie Sie möchten.
