Mädels-WG. Küche und Bäder sind immer sauber zu halten. Küche und Bäder sind aufgeräumt und Top sauber zu hinterlassen. Einmal im Monat Kehrwoche (Sozialstunde, ca 1h Aufwand), dh. Reinigung öffentlicher Bereich wie Küche, Bad, Gänge, Treppenhaus, Abfallentsorgung usw.

House used by ladies community. Cleanliness and mutual care taking are essential.
Kitchen and bathrooms to be allways kept in absolute re-arranged, proper and top clean condition, dishes, cokery etc restored. Once per month about 1 h social duty house keeping (in German: "Kehrwoche") for the community required, covers kitchen, bath, floors, staircase, waste management etc.

Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal angesetzt aus dem Durchschnitt langjähriger Vermietungen; zu Grunde liegt eine Selbstverpflichtung der WG, insgesamt jeglichen unnötigen CO2 Ausstoss zu vermeiden, zB in dem nicht benötigte Beleuchtung ausgeschaltet wird , durchschnittlich lang (5min) geduscht wird, oder zB die Zimmertemperatur von 19 +/- 1 Grad eingehalten wird. Side cost are averaged and the result of long years experience, are relatively low, which is only possible, if all members of the WG cooperate in the attempt for best CO2 reduction, eg switch-off illumination, unless needed, use shower for a reasonable time of 5 min in average, keep room temperature at contracted 19 +/- 1 deg. C and so on.
