Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine Semesterferienzeit. Der Zeitraum ist von Mitte Februar bis Mitte April. Nach Absprache wäre auch ein flexibleres Ein- bzw. Auszugsdatum von dir/Ihnen möglich.
Die Vorzüge der Wohnung sind ihr Neubau, ihre Helligkeit und ihre gute Lage innerhalb von Regensburg.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und direkt einzugsbereit. Es beinhaltet ein großes Bett, einen großen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch, eine Kommode sowie einen Schminktisch. Des Weiteren ist ein kleiner Balkon dabei.
Die Lage ist wirklich top. Man ist innerhalb von zwei Minuten an der Bushaltstelle. Die Arcaden (Einkaufszentrum) sind nur fünf Minuten zu Fuße entfernt.
Zur Uni sind es ebenfalls nur knapp zehn Minuten. In der Innenstadt ist man ebenfalls sehr schnell.
Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass es sehr ruhig ist.
Die Wg besteht aus zwei Zimmern. Die Küche und das Bad werden geteilt. Deine/Ihre Mitbewohnerin (w/25) ist herzlich und lernt gerne neue Menschen kennen. Da sie bereits berufstätig ist, bevorzugt sie ein ruhiges Wg-Leben.
Das Wg-Zimmer liegt in einem Studentenwohnheim. Allerdings ist die Wohnung in privater Hand, d.h. das Studentenwohnheim ist nicht für diese Wohnung zuständig.
Das Studentenwohnheim selbst ist sehr ruhig.
Die Miete gilt pro Monat.
