A small but full of sunshine room in my 3-bed room flat in "Sonnenstraße" (Sunshinestreet) will be free by the end of the month.

The flat is in a quiet place and neighbourhood, therefore the future tenant will be expected to be sincere and quiet.

The flat has all needed facilities including a fast internetconnection.

If you are interested, please write few words about yourself and - please be not upset, if I do not get back to you, but putting an ad here equals a full time job and I am a pivate person and do not have the resources to reply to each and every mail as - unfortunatelly - there is also a lot of spam circulating around.

In dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung wird ein Zimmer zur Untermiete angeboten.

Es handelt sich um einen privaten Haushalt. Eine große Wohnküche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zu einem gut geschnittenen Balkon mit Blick auf einen grünen Hinterhof sorgen zusätzlich für Komfort.
Momentan gibt es einen Internetaschluss über Vodafone - das sog. " GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel1 mit bis zu 1000 Mbit/s im Download und 50 Mbit/s im Upload.

Für den Kontakt bevorzuge ich die schriftliche Form per Mail, weil ich tagsüber arbeite und das Telefon nicht bedienen kann.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stattteil Reinhausen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Haustür entfernt; Eine Vertretung vom Bürgerbüro und der Stadtbücherei sind ebenfalls ca. 15 Minuten Fusßweg entfernt. Es besteht eine sehr gute Anbindung über Fahrradwege und am schnellsten ist man dem Fahrad am Ziel. Die Uni ist für Regensburger Verhältnisse etwas entfenrt - aber in einer halben Stunde ist man mit dem Fahrrad doch locker angekommen.

There is not much of life in the WG now, as we are out of town. So you would be alone most of the time, therefor mutual trust is essential.
Momentan ist in der die Wohnung "kein Leben" denn wir sind alle nicht in der Stadt, deswegen wird ein Zimmer angeboten. Wir werden nur gelegentlich in die Wohnung kommen, oder - wenn du jemanden kennst, der auch eine Bleibe sucht - die Wohnung eignet sich auch für eine zweier WG, da es zwei Zimmer gibt, die gleich geschnitten sind, drüber könnte man im Gespräch diskutieren.

Es wird eine ruhige Person gesucht, weil die Nachbarschaft empfindlich auf Lärm etc. reagiert. Das Umfeld bietet auch eine Ruhige Stimmung an, die für eine konzentrierte Arbeit von zu Hause aus gut geeignet ist.
Bitte wenden Sie sich an mich mir Mail, weil ich selber momentan unterwegs bin und nicht immer das Telefon beantworten kann. Da ich nicht ständig eine Internetverbindung habe, kann es sein, dass ich nicht sofort antworte, aber sobald ich die Möglichkeit finde, werde ich mich zurück melden.
Besichtigungstermine können auch jetzt vorgeschlagen werden, ich kann mich darum kümmern, dass jemand vor Ort anwesend ist und die WG zeigt. Ich selber bin ab Dienstag, dem 7.02. wieder in Regensburg.
