We probably don't have to say much to Stadtamhof. One of the most sought after residential areas in Regensburg. 2 minutes walk to the Steinernen Bridge and thus to the city center, yet far enough to not hear the drunken boobs of the night. But again in 1 minute at a large parking lot (home parking). Very good shopping facilities. The expression of nightlife is perfectly possible from here! Just when you come fresh to Regensburg, the location is perfect to get to know from here the city from its best side and to look for a connection in peace.

Who does not move too far out of the house, stays with the best farm community in the cozy courtyard. This consists of a total of 5 apartments, most of which are equipped with WGs. You inevitably get to know yourself in the courtyard and have a good time together.

Zu Stadtamhof müssen wir vermutlich nicht viel sagen. Eines der begehrtesten Wohnviertel Regensburgs. 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Steinernen Brücke und damit zur Innenstadt, dennoch weit genug, um nicht die Trunkenbolde der Nacht zu hören. Aber wiederum in 1 Minute bei einem großen Parkplatz (Bewohnerparken). Sehr gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Das Auskundschaften des Nachtlebens ist von hier aus perfekt möglich! Gerade, wenn du frisch nach Regensburg kommst, ist die Lage perfekt, um von hier aus die Stadt von ihrer besten Seite kennenzulernen und dir in Ruhe etwas für den Anschluss zu suchen.

Wen es nicht zu weit außer Haus zieht, verweilt mit der besten Hofgemeinschaft im gemütlichen Innenhof. Diese besteht aus insgesamt 5 Wohnungen, von denen die meisten mit WGs bestückt sind. Man lernt sich im Innenhof unweigerlich kennen und hat eine gute Zeit zusammen.

We (Leo - Ceramics and Miji - Web Developers) are both working. Leo is usually not home during the day under the week, Miji usually works from home office or a nice café in the city. We are often well-trained in social activities outside and often traveling. But if it works that everyone is coming together, it's all the more beautiful in the WG. We have already left behind our festive phases in life, so we are rather calm. All purchases (food, household goods, etc) are financed and used jointly. Individual compartments for residents: there have been no precise bills for purchases. In the end, however, it is important that everyone feels comfortable with it and nobody feels taken advantage of it.

Our most important motto in living together is: expressing individual needs and respecting the needs of others. 99% of all WG problems can be captured before they arise. So you should be ready to let yourself in. An open and honest approach to each other is very important to us and a lot is communicated. At the end of a discussion, there should always be a consensus or compromise with which everyone can live well.

Wir (Leo - Keramikerin und Miji - Webentwickler) sind beide berufstätig. Leo ist tagsüber meist unter der Woche nicht zu Hause, Miji arbeitet für gewöhnlich aus dem Homeoffice oder einem netten Café in der Stadt. Wir sind beide oftmals gut eingespannt in soziale Aktivitäten außerhalb und auch oft auf Reisen. Wenn es aber dann doch mal klappt, dass alle zusammenkommen, dann ist es dafür umso schöner in der WG. Unsere feierwütigen Phasen im Leben haben wir schon hinter uns gelassen, daher geht es bei uns eher ruhig zu. Alle Anschaffungen (Lebensmittel, Haushaltsartikel, etc) werden gemeinschaftlich finanziert und genutzt. Einzelne Fächer für Bewohner:innen und centgenaue Abrechnungen bei Einkäufen gab es bisher keine. Am Ende ist aber wichtig, dass sich alle damit wohl fühlen und sich niemand ausgenutzt fühlt.

Unser wichtigstes Motto beim Zusammenleben lautet: Eigene Bedürfnisse äußern und Bedürfnisse der anderen respektieren. Damit können 99% aller WG-Probleme schon abgefangen werden, bevor sie entstehen. Du solltest also bereit sein, dich darauf einzulassen. Uns ist ein offener und ehrlicher Umgang miteinander sehr wichtig und es wird viel kommuniziert. Am Ende einer Diskussion sollte dabei immer ein Konsens oder ein Kompromiss stehen, mit dem alle gut leben können.

Recording date would be early 15 April. In the monthly costs (570 EUR) all additional costs, telephone, internet, GEZ are included. But there are still one-off costs for some things, e.g. the kitchen. How much exactly that is, we still have to calculate.

Einzugsdatum wäre frühestens 15. April. In den monatlichen Kosten (570 EUR) sind alle Nebenkosten, Telefon, Internet, GEZ beinhaltet. Es fallen aber noch einmalige Ablösekosten für einige Dinge an, z.B. die Küche. Wie viel genau das ist, müssen wir noch berechnen.
