Looking for a shared apartment near the train station in Regensburg.

my name is Anass Atassi, I am 23 years old and will start my master's degree at the TH Deggendorf in Cham Campus in March. Therefore, I am looking for an apartment in Regensburg or in the surrounding area. The contract can be at least 4 months up until 1.5 years.

I am a dedicated mechatronics engineer. My mother tongue is Arabic, I speak fluent English, German at an intermediate level (although I still need practice), and Turkish. I am very sociable, enjoy making new acquaintances and have experience living together in a shared apartment. This means that I know how to make the living space pleasant for everyone. I attach great importance to cleanliness and order. In my living space, I value friendliness and personal time when needed. I am very enthusiastic about sports, especially bodybuilding and volleyball.
