Biete hier ein Zimmer meiner Wohnung als WG Zimmer an, da die Wohnung für mich alleine einfach zu groß ist.
Wg besteht aus deinem Zimmer+Mitbenutzung von Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine + Küche mit Spülmaschine,Kaffeevollautomat,Herd,Ofen+Mitbenutzung von Wohnzimmer mit Fernsehr, Anbauwand, Couch.
Ich denke die Wohnung an sich ist auch ansehnlich eingerichtet.
Fotos gibt es auf Anfrage natürlich gerne. Besichtigungstermine natürlich auch.
Die Lage ist optimal mitten im Zentrum der Stadt, kurze Wege überall hin. Bäcker, Fleischer, ÖPNV, Das berufliche Schulzentrum, alles in einer Minute zu erreichen.
An das Wg Leben stell ich nicht besondere Ansprüche. Ein Mindestmaß an Ordnung sollte gehalten werden. Die Hausordnung wird vom Hauswartsservice erledigt.
Der Rest geht mich wohl kaum etwas an. Bei Bedarf kann man sich Abends auch zusammen setzen
Alles in Allem denke ich ist die Wohnung schön eingerichtet, Sie ist nur einfach zu groß für mich allein.
