Das Wohnhaus befindet sich im Außenbereich von Burgberg, 2 km entfernt. Es gibt freien Bergblick und landwirtschaftliche Felder herum. Die Iller und der Illerdamm sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt dort keine direkte ÖPNV-Anbindung - kurzum: hier kommt man zur Ruhe.
Das Verhältnis zwischen den Parteien im Wohnhaus ist sehr gut und man hilft sich untereinander.
Es gibt einen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Hier gibt es noch Raum für eigene Gestaltung.
