Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 10 m2 groß und voll möbliert. (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, 2 Kommoden, Kleiderstange, Bett).
Die Wohnung an sich hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und ist auch voll möbliert. Es gibt noch ein weiteres Zimmer, in dem meine (bzw. deine) Mitbewohnerin wohnt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Es kommen noch mal so 50 Euro Nebenkosten pro Monat hinzu. Also beträgt die gesamt Miete 270 Euro.
Die Wohnungsbeihilfe, die man in Frankreich bekommt, habe ich bereits abgezogen.
Die Wohnung hat beste Lage. Sie ist in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet. Sie ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von Place Hoche entfernt, der Uni-Bib und bis in die Innenstadt. Busanbindung unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Bis zu der Metro ist es auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Meine sehr nette Mitbewohnerin studiert Medizin. Es ist keine reine Zweck-WG, allerdings ist es kein muss immer was miteinander zu mache. =)
