Hi, I'm Ana! 😊
🏡In the beginning of October my room will be available in our flat share. The room is located on the second floor, has approximately 16m2 and two windows with a nice view to our garden and sunlight ☀️.
🚪The room is already furnished: bed with a mattress, cabinet with 6 drawers, closet, desk, chair, bookcase, two duvets, two pillows and bedding.
💰 About the costs:
The *montly costs* are 325€ of rent + 4€ of internet.
For all this furniture you only need to pay *once* 550€ and do a safe deposit of 520€.
We have a shared kitchen with all equipments that you need, a dishwasher and dinning area. Our shared bathroom has a good bath and also a shower.
The storage room is also available as well as acess to the basement where our washing machine is located.
🌷We also share our very nice balcony and garden with our two downstairs and upstairs neighbors.
🏡 Our flat share is 15 min by foot from the city center and from the beautiful Volkspark and Pomologie Garden 🌳. Edeka and Lidl are about 20 min by foot.
🚆🚍 Reutlingen West train station is only 8 min by foot and around there you can also find many busline options.
📚 Reutlingen University is about 20 min away on foot and in 12 min you can also arrive in Tübingen by train.
🚲🚗 A bicycle and a car parking is also available for the apartment.
Currently living in the Flatshare: Me (Ana) 🙋♀️, Daniel 🙋🏼♂️ and Hemal🙋🏻♂️. We are a very nice students from Brazil, Germany and India. We like to have a quality time together and in the end of September I'm leaving the room and we are looking for a person that can be more than a flatmate but someone that we can share good moments together.
Each one has your own room and privacy but to keep the Flat share cleaned and organized we have a clean plan. For it, everyone takes on a different duty every week.
