Ich suche ab 07.01 bis 31.03(danach unbefristete Verlängerung möglich) einen Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer schönen ruhigen 5er WG in Rheinstetten. Das Zimmer ist 20 m^2 . Es ist hell und in einem guten Zustand. Es ist voll möbliert mit 1 Bett, Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Garten. Im Garten oder auf dem Balkon kann man grillen. Ich verlasse meinen Grill.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 4 Minuten von der Haltestelle "Mörsch Rösselsbrünnle" entfernt. Mit der S2 ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte. Direkt vor der Haltestelle sind ein Bürgerbüro "Die Ausländerbehörde", ein Eiscafé, eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke. In ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man REWE, Aldi, Penny und noch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Sommer ist man auch schnell an einem schönen Eppelsee (ca. 2km).
Bereits in der Wohnung sind 4 Studenten, die so freundlich, locker sind und am KIT studieren. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig und passt gut zum Lernen (also für Studenten), aber für Berufstätigen steht die auch zur Verfügung.
