Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schrank und einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein großer Kellerraum von knapp 25m² und ein Balkon, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Abstellraum in der Nähe zur Küche und ein Balkon gen Süden, bei dem wir Stühle und Tisch übernehmen werden, sind auch bei der Wohnung dabei.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Ried im Zillertal. Supermarkt ist in 5min Fußweg zu erreichen. Der Skilift zum Skigebiet Hochzillertal ist 1,4km entfernt und somit auch schnell zu erreichen.
Ich bin Julian, 25 Jahre alt, und fange ab Mitte September als Koch in Stumm an. Ich bin sport- (Schwimmen, Volleyball, Fahrrad fahren, Snowboard,..) und musikbegeistert.
Gerne können wir uns online kennen lernen. Eine Wohnungsbesichtigung ist leider erst ab Mitte September möglich, da ich dann erst vor Ort sein werde. Die Bilder der Wohnung sind noch von den Vormietern, das einzige was übernommen wird sind der Tisch und das Bett+Schrank.
Die Ablösekosten werden abhängig von den weiteren Anschaffungen (Waschmaschine,Staubsauger,..) sein.
