Das Zimmer ist sehr gut isoliert, hat eine Bodenheizung und die Fenster richten sich zur Verkehrsarmen Spielstrasse hin.
Ich selbst brauche selbst im Winter nicht oder nur geringfügig zu heizen.
Dein Zimmer ist noch nicht möbliert, wenn du noch Möbel kaufen musst, komme ich dir gerne am Anfang finanziell entgegen.

Die Strasse ist sehr ruhig, da es eine Tempo 20 Strasse ist.
Die Lage hat Top-Verbindungen. Es ist zu Fuss 2 Minuten zum Tram/Bustation Habermatten und Gotenstrasse und 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof Niederholz. Somit ist man schnell in der Stadt. Auch mit dem Fahrrad braucht man nur 10-15 Minuten um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Der Velokeller kann kostenlos mitbenutzt werden.
Zum Wald "Langenerlen" braucht man ca. 5-10 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind der Denner ca. 4 Minuten entfernt. Der Coop und die Migros ca. 6 Minuten.
Apotheke und Post sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

The street is very quiet as it is a 20 km/h street.
The location has top connections. It is a 2 minute walk to the tram/bus station Habermatten and Gotenstrasse and 7 minutes to the Niederholz train station. So you can get to the city quickly. Even by bike it only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city-centre. The bicycle cellar can be used free of charge.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the "Langenerlen" forest.
Shops are the Denner about 4 minutes away. The Coop and Migros about 6 minutes.
Pharmacy and post office are about 5 minutes away.
Ich studiere momentan an der PH FHNW. Und verbringe viel Zeit entweder Ausserhalb der Wohnung oder am PC mit Kopfhörer. Meine Muttersprache ist Deutsch und ich spreche fliessend Englisch.
Das WG-Leben ist unkompliziert und richtet sich nach den Bedürfnissen der Mitbewohner.
Das Wohnzimmer ist super geeignet um Leute einzuladen. Die Wohnung ist auch genügend Schallisoliert womit gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme in dieser Hinsicht kein Problem sein sollte.

I am currently studying at the PH FHNW. And spend a lot of time either outside the apartment or on the PC with headphones. My mother tongue is German and I speak fluent English.
Living in a shared flat is uncomplicated and geared to the needs of the roommates.
The living room is great for inviting people over. The apartment is also sufficiently soundproofed, so mutual consideration should not be a problem in this regard.
