Wir suchen einen Nachmieter/in für ein helles geräumiges Zimmer in einer schönen 4er WG. Das Zimmer ist Quadratisch geschnitten und auf den Innenhof gerichtet. Unsere WG verfügt über eine für jeden nutzbare Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Wir haben 2 Kühlschränke (also mehr als genug Platz).
Das Bad ist aufgestattet mit Badewanne und Dusche, das Bad ist voll möbiliert, also Platz ist vorhanden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Es gibt in direkter Nähe einen Bäcker sowie Döner und Sparkassenautomaten (zu Fuß 3min). Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit etwas Zeit zu Fuß (Netto) ansonsten alles innerhalb von 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar (Rewe, Stadtzentrum etc.)
Entfernung zur Berufsakademie: ca 5-10min zu Fuß!!!
Es ist Bier im Haus.
Zentraler Treffpunkt ist die große Küche mit Sitzecke und Radio. Meist gegen Abend kommen wir hier zusammen und sitzen in gemütlicher Runde. Musiker sind erwünscht, Besuch ist auch immer gern gesehen.
Wir sprechen: gebrochen Deutsch, fließend Sächsisch und diverse Grunz und Klacklaute. :-)
